Job Description
Join Blue Origin as a Calibration Technician II to ensure measurement and test equipment used to build space vehicles and rocket engines are calibrated and cycled on schedule. As part of the growing quality team, this role will partner with a calibration engineer to maintain the accuracy of calibrated item data and status.
Requirements
- Perform calibration of measurement & test equipment in a lab environment
- Manage calibration work queues to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner
- Assess calibration documentation provided by 3rd party vendors for compliance
- Maintain physical and digital organization of work to ensure efficiency in the calibration lab
- Utilize multiple data systems to determine and fulfill customer requirements
- Maintain accuracy of calibrated item data & status
