Design Engineer III – Fluids & Propulsion – Crewed Lunar Lander

Join Blue Origin's team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! We are looking for a Fluid Systems Design Engineer to support the design and development of the cryogenic management and supply subsystem on the MK2 Crew Lander.

Requirements

• B.S. in Aerospace, Mechanical, Physics, Systems Engineering or related technical subject area
• 4+ years of experience in developing and testing space-vehicle propulsion systems
• Experience designing propulsion systems or hardware using CAD software such as CREO or Siemens NX
• Experience or familiarity with first order fluids or structural analysis
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic work environment with partners
• Excellent verbal, written, and graphical communication skills with ability to directly interface with external parties including government and commercial entities
• Willingness to work on-site with occasional travel
