Job Description
At Blue Origin, we're looking for a Director of Supply Chain & Logistics to lead our fulfillment, order flow, outbound and reverse logistics for aerospace hardware. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, warehouse, and fulfillment processes and will be able to build and implement processes and measurements to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience creating and executing logistics and warehouse strategies, including the use of 3PL solutions
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
