Blue Origin is seeking a Fluid Systems Engineer II to support the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle. The role involves developing, leading, and completing fluid systems integrated tests and operations for various spaceflight fluids systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 3+ years of current technical hands-on experience in developing, authoring, and updating test procedures
- Hazardous testing and operations with a strong safety record
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills
- Active awareness of Hazards & Mitigations in pressurized systems
- Flexible demeanor and high overall technical curiosity
- Experience in systems engineering practices formal
- 2+ years of current technical hands-on experience testing or operating in at least one of the following areas: Inert Gas Systems, Cryogenic Systems, Hazardous Chemical Processing, Launch/Space Vehicle Ground Systems, or Launch/Space Vehicle Flight Systems
