Job Description
Blue Origin is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our GEEx Test Engineering team. In this role, you will own the development, leadership, and execution of comprehensive test plans and procedures for integrated engine testing – directly supporting our mission to enable humans to live and work in space.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting test teams as a test engineer, console operator, or equivalent hands-on role.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and instrumentation related to fluid systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, cryogenics, or similar), with the ability to read schematics and P&IDs.
- Experience developing, writing, and updating test procedures.
- Strong technical writing and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary Root Cause and Corrective Action Boards.
- Demonstrated leadership in project management or directing test activities.
