Manager, Manufacturing Ops & Assembly

As a Manager, Manufacturing Ops & Assembly at Blue Origin, you will lead a team of technicians in cable harness operations, optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality, and collaborating with cross-functional departments. You will be responsible for developing production plans, mentoring teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team within a manufacturing or aerospace environment, a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience managing a team within a manufacturing or aerospace environment
• 5+ years of experience in as an individual contributor within a manufacturing or aerospace environment
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, Military, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and operational improvements
• Proficiency in digital tools, including Windows and Microsoft Office applications
• Track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives
