As a Test Engineer working with a hardworking team of specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will support the Lunar Permanence Core Components Test team through development, acceptance, and qualification testing of flight hardware for Blue Origin's Lunar Landers.
Requirements
- Develop, plan, and execute Thermal and Fluid component tests
- Assist in developing test requirements, plans, and procedures
- Create and review Test Plans, Test Procedures, safety assessments, schematics, and other engineering artifacts
- Procure, and install test support equipment
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during testing
- Participate in test readiness reviews, pre- and post-test briefings, and post-test reviews
- Mentor, train, and supervise junior engineers
- Enforce safety policies during test planning and operations
- Reduce, analyze, and archive test data
- Lead daily test operations, operate test consoles, direct technician work, and coordinate with internal customers
