Senior Technical Program Manager

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their Enterprise Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Technology Development Programs, partnering with product management and engineering, and driving teams to deliver against a plan. The role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams in product management, program management or engineering roles
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
• U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
