We're seeking a Senior Test Integration Engineer to support the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle. The ideal candidate will have experience with test planning, execution, and data collection/analysis, as well as proficiency in scripting or coding for test automation and data processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- 7+ years of experience in test engineering, with emphasis on fluid systems or electro-mechanical components
- Demonstrated experience designing test setups and tooling for complex mechanical or fluid systems
- Experience with test planning, execution, and data collection/analysis
- Proficiency in scripting or coding for test automation and data processing (Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar)
- Experience applying LEAN principles or Theory of Constraints to optimize testing workflows
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple test activities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with cross-functional teams
