Job Description
Blue Origin is seeking a Specialist – Quality and Contin Improvement II to conduct internal production/process and manufacturing quality control audits and risk assessments, and to ensure compliance with in-house and external specifications and standards. The role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance.
Requirements
- Minimum Quality experience of 3 to 5 years and/or relevant education in a related technical field
- Quality assurance experience on an engine test stands, manufacturing and launch operations environment
- Mid quality level experience on maintenance, modifications, dimensional measurements, and inspections
- Knowledgeable on technical documentation, system configuration and assemblies
- Familiarity performing AS9100 or ISO9001 audits within a Quality Management System
