Job Description
Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight, developing the digital infrastructure needed to build the road to space, with an emphasis on digital capabilities required to advance Blue Origin's mission.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience, writing production code in at least one programming language (Prefer Java or Python)
- 3+ years of leading design or architecture for new and existing systems.
- Experience with cloud-based architecture, deploying applications in cloud environments, and containerized workloads (we use AWS).
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals like algorithms and common data structures.
- Ability to solve problems by writing efficient working code, even when given incomplete or ambiguous requirements.
- Solid communication skills; open to the opinions of others, and willing to own mistakes.
