Requirements
- Operate robotic weld systems.
- Manual blend operations.
- Precision drilling in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications for internal tank installations.
- Setup new production work areas, including layouts, tooling, and equipment.
- Perform second party verifications and hardware inspections to engineering models, drawings, specifications, and written work instructions.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct discrepancies by modification, rework, repair, and/or maintenance.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurrence control
- Ability to operate various material handling equipment including forklifts, overhead cranes, aerial lifts, truck-trailer combinations, and other group support equipment as required.
- Setup and operate a wide range of precision calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, and optical measuring instruments.
- Perform routine maintenance functions such as daily clean-up of work areas to support 5S, FOD, and Safety.
- Ability to work in confined spaces for extended periods of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as climbing ladders/stairs, lifting heavy items > 50lbs, and blending welds.
