Private Wealth, Market Leader - Vice President

Blue Owl is a leading asset manager that is redefining alternatives. The Market Leader (Vice President) role is a critical member of the Private Wealth sales organization, responsible for driving the adoption and growth of Blue Owl's investment solutions across a defined territory and channel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–10+ years of financial services experience, ideally within alternative investments or private wealth distribution.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required.
• Demonstrated success in a hybrid internal/external sales capacity with increasing responsibility.
• Proven ability to independently manage a sales territory and deliver strong commercial outcomes.

Benefits

• Base annual salary range: $130,000 to $145,000, eligible for bonus.
• Discretionary bonus based on individual and team performance.
