Requirements

• Partner with Market Team to maintain a high level of service and optimize the Market Team’s effectiveness with reporting and CRM management
• Facilitate escalated operational requests for investor accounts
• Liaison between operations and sales team to streamline an efficient and best-in-class client experience
• Develop operational and business processing expertise across our selling syndicate
• Maintain data integrity in CRM database
