Blue Owl is a leading asset manager that invests across three multi-strategy platforms. The Real Assets Credit, Associate role involves originating, structuring, and executing new investments across the capital structure, and engaging in due diligence and investment analysis.

Requirements

• Partner with senior team members to originate, structure, and execute new investments
• Engage in all aspects of due diligence and investment analysis
• Assist in the development of investment memos and supporting analysis
• Involvement in portfolio management and asset allocation
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier undergraduate program
• 2-5 years of experience in real estate finance investing
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
