Real Assets, Digital Infrastructure Associate

Blue Owl is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Associate to support the team in investing and managing digital infrastructure opportunities. The role is based in Chicago.

Requirements

• Develop detailed underwriting models and financial analyses
• Draft and prepare materials and memos
• Assist in managing due diligence and execution of transactions
• Screening of potential investment opportunities
• Perform extensive primary and secondary research
• Assist in ongoing asset and fund management responsibilities
• Travel and participate in business development activities
• Special and ad hoc projects
• Qualifications: 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge of real estate and/or digital infrastructure valuation and capital markets
• An aptitude for financial modeling, research, and real estate underwriting
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
• Strong work ethic with acute attention to detail
• Thoughtful presentation and communication skills
• Ability to gather data, conduct critical assessments, demonstrate resourceful problem-solving skills, and present clear and concise conclusions from the analysis
• Excellent academic background
• Contribute to a positive culture and demonstrate selfless commitment

Benefits

• Base annual salary range: $150,000 - $160,000
• Discretionary bonus based on individual and team performance
