Real Assets, Net Lease Associate

Blue Owl is a leading asset manager that invests in real estate, credit, and private equity. The Real Assets platform manages $80.6 billion in assets and provides flexible capital solutions to tenants. This role supports the acquisitions team in evaluating and executing net lease investments.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, corporate finance, or a related field
• Deep understanding of real estate underwriting, financial statements, valuation methodologies, corporate capital structures and public company filings
• Demonstrated interest in real estate and private equity investing
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative and modeling skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
