Real Estate Asset Management Team, Vice President

Blue Owl is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to preserve and generate asset value, create operational efficiency, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. The role involves managing a team, overseeing asset operational performance, tenant relations, lease administration, and development.

Requirements

• Assist in building internal infrastructure around processes, people, and technology
• Manage staff's response to tenant requests
• Oversee staff's handling of property-related notices
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Review and negotiate leasing LOIs/agreements
• Effectively present information to executives and investors
• Negotiate contracts with third-party providers
• Conduct site visits and meet with property managers/tenants
• Manage annual budget review and approval process
• Manage build-to-suit development projects
• Oversee timely rent collections and enforce lease compliance
• Oversee property tax appeal process
• Manage team of analysts/associates
• Travel approximately 10-20%
