Workouts, Direct Lending Investment Professional

Blue Owl is seeking an Investment Professional of Workouts to join the Direct Lending Team. The successful candidate will assist with managing a portfolio of underperforming investments and owned portfolio companies, re-underwrite actionable credits, and develop strategies to maximize recoveries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related financial discipline
• 2-5 years of experience in Credit Restructuring, Legal, Leveraged Credit or Investment Banking
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to self-direct, analyze, evaluate, and form independent judgments
• Team player with enthusiasm and intellectual curiosity to learn more
• Strong accounting and corporate finance knowledge, and financial modeling aptitude
