Requirements
- Manage an assigned book of business
- Provide technical support to Producers
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Partner with the Client Relationship Manager
- Attend prospect and client meetings
- Lead the renewal process
- Prepare renewal applications and documentation
- Process all account transactions accurately and on schedule
- Assist clients with claims and appeals
- Prioritize tasks effectively
- Stay current on industry trends, products, regulations, and technology
- Communicate clearly and collaborate across the organization
