In- House Paralegal (Hybrid)

Blue Sky Utility is seeking an In House Paralegal to support the company's legal department in managing day-to-day legal operations and providing substantive support across renewable energy project development, real estate, contracting, financings, and corporate governance.

Requirements

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in-house or supporting transactional practices (real estate, energy, infrastructure, or finance).
• Experience managing contracts and complex document sets.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
