Design Civil/Structural Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Civil / Structural Engineer to support a regulated power generation facility. This role focuses on structural engineering for plant modifications, inspections, and resolution of technical issues, with a mix of office-based work and hands-on field activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications:
• - Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution (or equivalent)
• - 8 years of hands-on structural engineering experience
• - Working knowledge of AISC and ACI codes
• - Ability to work independently and manage multiple engineering tasks with minimal supervision
• - Strong written and verbal communication skills
• - Ability to work extended hours, shift schedules and perform on-call duties when necessary
• - Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Preferred Qualifications:
• - FE or Professional Engineer (PE) certification
• - Experience in power generation, nuclear, oil & gas, steel, concrete, refining, or other highly regulated industrial environments
• - Prior experience supporting inspections, plant modifications, or industrial facilities
