Job Description
Blue Water Thinking is seeking a Program Analyst to support the VA Payer EDI product team. The Program Analyst will manage intake, documentation, and tracking of production issues impacting healthcare data exchange operations. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working in Agile environments, and ability to obtain and maintain federal public trust clearance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange, healthcare technology, IT operations, or Agile environments
- Experience troubleshooting system or operational issues
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
