Job Description
IT Network Lead position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer. The role involves designing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure, monitoring network performance, and leading the IT Network team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and architecture
- Proficient in configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Experience with network monitoring tools
- Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, SNMP)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues efficiently
- Experience implementing and maintaining redundancy, failover, and high-availability solutions
