Job Description
We're seeking a hands-on technical leader who can operate as a Team Lead, Software Development and lead a small engineering team. The role involves driving backend design and delivery for Network Observability capabilities, guiding technical decisions, and partnering cross-functionally to ship high-quality software in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- Lead architecture and design
- Build reusable, testable, efficient backend services and APIs
- Provide hands-on technical direction, resolve complex issues, and make key implementation decisions
- Lead and mentor a small team (5–10), supporting growth, performance, and engagement
- Manage execution: planning, prioritization, sprint delivery, and removing blockers
- Implement security best practices, data protection measures, and quality standards
- Contribute to automated testing and CI practices to ensure reliability
- Collaborate with product, QA, and operations; coordinate training and support for delivered solutions
