2-5 years of experience as a Product Controller or other product specialist in controls department of a bank or hedge fund, or recently qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA / ICAS)

2+ years of experience in product control and strategic change initiatives, strong understanding of robust control environments

2-3 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to manage competing priorities

2+ years experience in AI, experience delivering training sessions, hands-on experience using modern AI tools

Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in sales/trading or execution roles, strong multi-tasking and organisation skills, excellent communication and analytical skills

5+ years of experience in Operations and/or Product Control, strong academic qualifications, and experience in managing and developing teams

Strong C# & Angular skills. Familiarity with asset classes and STP trade flows. Self-starter with product ownership

4+ years in Finance/Tech; Proficiency in C#, Excel, VBA, & SQL. Financial instruments knowledge required. Comfort with full SDLC & coding best practices

5+ years front office trading experience, Linear/Vol Rates knowledge, Strong C# and C++ development skills

5+ years of experience in public cloud infrastructure and AI service delivery, with a strong understanding of AI operational patterns and cloud networking and hybrid connectivity
