Job Description
The Front Office RAD Technology team is responsible for maintaining and building trading desk tools. This role focuses on meeting traders' RAD tool requirements, including reporting and workflow systems. The team operates within the Front office technology group and collaborates with Quant Research and Risk & Data Technology teams. The role is key for front office developers with experience in financial instruments and a strong understanding of Python.
Requirements
- At least 4 years working in the Finance and Technology arenas
- Proficiency in C#, Excel, VBA, and SQL
- Demonstrated knowledge around Financial Instruments (e.g., Fixed Income, Derivatives)
- Familiarity with Python
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle
- Ability to balance rapid BAU change with strategic development
