Vice President of Asset Management- Multifamily

Bluecrest Residential is a privately owned real estate investment company seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to align investment objectives with operational execution. This person will lead quantitative and qualitative analyses to guide property-level and portfolio-wide strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field
• 5+ years of experience as an Asset Manager or above in multifamily real estate
• Experience working for a multifamily ownership group as an Asset Manager or Asset Management leader
• Experience working directly with institutional investors as the primary contact
• Experience completing institutional level investor reporting on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
