Senior Manager Supply Chain Planning Transformation

As a Senior Manager, you help clients improve the way they plan and run their supply chains. You bring clarity to complex problems, guide teams through change, and make sure transformation projects move forward in a structured and aligned way.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of experience in supply chain planning, transformation, or consulting.
• Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, economics, or a related field with strong knowledge of supply chain planning.
• Experience leading teams or multiple workstreams in change or improvement programs.
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and adapting communication to different audiences.
• Calm and steady under pressure; help others stay focused.
• Strong storyteller who can sharpen ideas and make them clear and convincing.
• Passionate about coaching, team development, and helping colleagues grow.
• Curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve how teams work together.
