Senior Supply Chain Consultant

At Bluecrux, we're redefining the future of supply chains. As a Senior Supply Chain Consultant, you will partner with clients to assess their end-to-end planning capabilities and lead them through transformation across Planning, Operations, Master Data, Inventory, and Supply Chain Systems.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in supply chain planning, supply chain transformation, or operations
• Experience with one or more areas such as: Demand & supply planning transformation, S&OP/IBP process improvement, Inventory optimization or segmentation, Planning system consolidation or implementation support
• Proven ability to analyze planning or operational data to identify issues and improvement opportunities
• Familiarity with ERP and advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, OMP, SAP IBP, SAP S/4 or ECC, Anaplan)
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or Data Science
• Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of core supply chain planning processes and KPIs
• Advanced analytical ability—comfortable working with planning data, identifying trends, and diagnosing root causes
• Excellent communication skills: able to present complex information clearly and adjust messages for different audiences
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to guide discussions and navigate competing viewpoints
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn quickly
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations and develop clear frameworks or recommendations
