Job Description
As a Supply Chain Planning Transformation & Design Lead, you will manage Anaplan projects from design to implementation, collaborating with clients to develop end-to-end integrated planning concepts and elevate their supply chain maturity. You will lead a team of consultants and client stakeholders, plan model builds in an agile way, and focus on user experience and engagement. After project closing, you will maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for future projects.
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering, supply chain management, economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing complex software implementation projects
- Hands-on experience with supply chain planning software (Anaplan, OMP, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, etc.)
- Certification in Anaplan or similar software is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Client relationship management experience
