Job Description
The Marketing Representative will be responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability goals in assigned territory, managing agent quality, and growing and graduating agents to the next tier.
Requirements
- Meet or exceed expected revenue and profitability goals in assigned territory
- Manage agent NSF and delinquent accounts
- Manage audit results
- Grow and graduate agents to the next tier
- Measure, communicate, and promotes all incentives and promotions
- Manage out agents not meeting performance expectations
