Job Description
BlueFlag LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant and Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will run our day-to-day accounting in QuickBooks Online, support our US CPA with tax and compliance, and build financial analyses for new products and services.
Requirements
- CPA license in the Philippines
- 5+ years hands-on accounting experience
- Month-end close and reconciliations
- Preparing financial statements for management
- Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling and scenarios
- Experience using QuickBooks Online for day-to-day accounting
- Good understanding of core accounting principles and willingness to learn US-specific requirements
- Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
- Comfortable working remotely with a US-based team and following documented processes
