Job Description
We are looking for a Backend Developer living in any Latam Country with expertise in writing high-quality code, building for performance, and collaborating closely with product teams.
Requirements
- Writing high-quality code and ensuring its delivery to production consistently.
- Building for performance and high availability.
- Automating data entry and reducing busywork for important customers.
- Refactoring and organizing technical debt into efficient services.
- Maintaining quality standards by staying up to date with best practices and conducting code reviews.
- Developing Python microservices, lambdas, and workers using an event architecture.
- Collaborating closely with product teams to refine ideas and implement designs.
- Proactively identifying and fixing problems or gaps in the codebase.
- Taking ownership of applications by fixing bugs, engaging with users, and providing regular updates.
- Writing unit tests to ensure code reliability.
