Associate Director, Program Management

BlueLabs is seeking an Associate Director of Program Management to lead the project management team and shape programmatic strategy across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of program management experience, with a track record of progressive responsibility and people management. The role requires strong technical program management skills, process architecture, and change management experience. The candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale survey research, data, and analytics programs, and will serve as a mentor to a team of project managers.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of relevant program management experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Deep experience working directly with data science, engineering, and analytics teams
• Familiarity with analytical concepts, statistics, or research methods
• Expertise in designing and optimizing project management ecosystems
• Proven track record of managing complex technical projects from inception to delivery
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
