Bluelight is a leading software consultancy that is seeking a Full-Stack Digital Marketer to join its marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the organic social media calendar, setting up and managing email marketing campaigns, and supporting on-page SEO.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing or growth role
- Proven experience managing organic social channels (content calendar, scheduling, community engagement)
- Solid understanding of email marketing: segmentation, automation flows, A/B testing
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals: on-page optimisation, keyword research, meta tags
- Analytical mindset: comfortable reading dashboards and making data-informed decisions
- Strong written communication: able to brief, edit, and QA copy
