Outbound Sales Development Representative, Remote, Latin America

We are looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at Bluelight, a leading software consultancy. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales development, a hunter's mentality, and strong communication skills. They will be responsible for generating new sales leads, building relationships with prospects, and working closely with the Marketing team to drive results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative
• Hunter's mentality — expert at identifying and prospecting new accounts
• Strong understanding of SaaS-based products and the sales process
• Resilient and capable of failing forward; self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software
• Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
