We are seeking a Production Analyst to join our start-up operating team, developing the foundation of Production Analysis from ground up at the Tennessee Battery Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and reviewing daily/weekly production closing in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), improving and process issues related to production closing, and managing excess and deficiency for monthly control budget within department and record keeping for the history.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Industry, Manufacturing, or Management) or Bachelor of Finance
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and organizing responsibilities
- Ability to work in teams as well as independently and to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to build strong working relationships with co-workers
- Sound knowledge of mathematics and analytical skills
- Proven ability to learn quickly and thrive in the midst of change
