Job Description
BluePearl Pet Hospital in Spring, TX is looking for a Veterinary Technician Manager to lead a dynamic team of veterinary professionals. The ideal candidate will have advanced veterinary skills, excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, and the ability to motivate, engage, and train a team.
Requirements
- Demonstrate highly advanced proficiency as a Veterinary Technician or Advanced Patient Care Associate
- Create effective working relationships with hospital leadership
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and resource to Technicians and Assistants
- Mentor staff by demonstrating positive work habits and effective clinical skills
- Implement process improvement initiatives
