BluePearl Pet Hospital in Levittown, PA is looking for a Specialty Veterinary Technician Manager to motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals.
Requirements
- Demonstrate highly advanced proficiency as a Veterinary Technician or Advanced Patient Care Associate
- Create effective working relationships with hospital leadership
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and resource to Technicians and Assistants
- Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution
- Coach staff to create a culture of strong performance and high productivity
- Implement process improvement initiatives
