Veterinary Technician Supervisor - Patient Care

BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital is looking for a Patient Care Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals.

Requirements

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff
• Coach team members to be proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs
• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution
• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans
