We are seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Program Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our math tutoring program across partner schools in Yuma County, Arizona.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in education, nonprofit programs, operations support, administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Meet, Docs, Sheets).
- Proficiency with data systems or data trackers.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must reside in Yuma County Arizona and consistently have access to reliable transportation to travel on-site to Blueprint school partner locations across the state, including rural communities.
