Job Description
We are a technology solutions firm looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The role will provide essential support to senior leaders within a global enterprise sales organization, maintaining operational efficiency of a virtual, worldwide team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in administrative or executive administrative roles
- Strong focus on calendar management, business administration, expense reporting, and travel coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Employee Central, TA Hub, HR Insights, MSS, Informa, and MS Space
- Previous experience supporting senior executives, preferably within Microsoft or similar enterprise-level organizations
