Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Product Development to own the end-to-end development of Blueprint products across functional foods, sports nutrition, and dietary supplements.
Requirements
- 6+ years in product development (supplements, functional foods, or adjacent categories)
- Proven track record of taking products from concept to commercial launch
- Experience working with co-manufacturers, suppliers, and supply chain systems
- Strong understanding of formulation, ingredient sourcing, and manufacturing constraints
- Strong experience with regulatory frameworks (FDA, Prop 65, international compliance)
