Join BlueScope’s Australian Steel Markets business as an Account Coordinator in our Customer Service team, based in Acacia Ridge, QLD. Requirements
- Experience in customer service, account coordination, internal sales support or B2B service environments such as manufacturing, logistics, building materials, wholesale or similar
- Confidence building relationships and working through challenges with empathy, sound judgement and clear communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and practically across phone, email and stakeholder conversations
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the customer experience
- A customer-first mindset with curiosity and initiative, including the ability to identify patterns and look for better ways of working
- Confidence using digital systems and tools including Excel, CRM or ERP platforms, with the adaptability to learn and work through process and system change
