Transport Scheduler

BlueScope is seeking a Transport Scheduler to join the scheduling team based in Novar Gardens, Adelaide. The role involves coordinating the delivery of steel products across the state, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely movement of products. The Transport Scheduler will work closely with internal teams and transport provider to meet delivery targets and resolve scheduling challenges.

Requirements

• experience in Just in time Delivery scheduling
• strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
• problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations or disruptions in transportation operations
• high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
• competent computer knowledge and the ability to learn new systems
