BlueSky is a clinician-led behavioral health company seeking a Psychotherapist to collaborate in a team-based format. The role involves autonomous practice, rapid caseload growth, and flexible work arrangements.

Requirements

• Fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.)
• Prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist (preferred but not required)
• Experience with diverse populations (LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired)
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
