IT Business Solutions Manager

We are looking for an IT Business Solutions Manager to oversee the requirements gathering, planning, designing, configuring/developing, testing and deploying of large and complex business application software systems in support of business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business and/or technical field
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in related field including expertise on the Oracle JDEdwards ERP – One World Xe and Enterprise One – and Web Portal, EDI, BI and collaboration/workflow technologies
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent architecture and technical support documentation skills
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a team as well as work independently and with limited resources
• Open, direct and persuasive
