Job Description
The Cafe Service Professional is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality in the café, educating guests about the menu and product quality, and maintaining a positive, engaging team environment. This role involves a range of duties, including hosting, serving, and preparing coffee beverages, showcasing customer focus, and promoting Bluestone Lane’s brand values. The ideal candidate will contribute to a beautiful and functional café experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience working in a full-service restaurant
- Passion for providing great service and making others happy
- Team player and enjoys working on a team
- Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40lbs
- DOH Accreditation (Preferred)
- ServSafe Certified (Preferred)
