Job Description
The Barista plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality of the Bluestone Lane coffee program, serving customers and contributing to a positive brand experience. This role is cross-functional, performing duties behind and at the POS to maximize sales and provide excellent customer service. It requires a combination of drink preparation, customer interaction, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Follows BL recipes and presentation standards.
- Manages coffee shop equipment and tool cleaning.
- Follows operational procedures.
- Operates coffee shop equipment, including espresso machines.
- Reads and correctly records customer orders.
- Quickly answers customer questions and makes coffee recommendations.
